Gender equality index<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The gender equality index gives companies a score out of 100 points based on 4 criteria. Companies are required to publish their score for the previous year.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This index calculation methodology is intended to measure gaps according to a definition of indicators defined by the decree of 8 January 2019 applying the provisions aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men in the company and relating to the fight against sexual violence and sexist behaviour at work. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If the result is below 75\/100, companies are required to take action to correct the excessive pay gap between women and men.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

For 2024, FRANCEM SAS has an overall score of 78 points.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n

These scores confirm that the policies we have implemented, particularly in the area of pay, have had a positive impact and encourage us to continue our efforts to promote gender equality in the workplace.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
