Companies are required to publish their score for the previous year.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-30a3e7c8\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">This index calculation methodology is intended to measure gaps according to a definition of indicators defined by the decree of 8 January 2019 applying the provisions aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men in the company and relating to the fight against sexual violence and sexist behaviour at work. <\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-container uagb-block-4a8da8be\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-581a2f57\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">If the result is below 75\/100, companies are required to take action to correct the excessive pay gap between women and men.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-93938d33\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\"><strong>For 2024, FRANCEM SAS has an overall score of 78 points.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-advanced-heading uagb-block-d723e44f\"><p class=\"uagb-heading-text\">These scores confirm that the policies we have implemented, particularly in the area of pay, have had a positive impact and encourage us to continue our efforts to promote gender equality in the
