Our production lines enable us to produce light and black base blends, based on the various standards (FDA, AFNOR, ASC, WRAS, BFR, etc.) and customer specifications or specific formulations developed by Francem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over 2,000 tonnes of compounds are processed each year (EPDM, NBR, silicone, neoprene, etc.). Checks on viscosity, rheometry and other characteristics are validated throughout the transformation process by the Quality Department laboratory.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Mixing Process Leader<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixing is the first fundamental stage in the design and manufacture of our products. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we receive the material, the rubber is white. A bit like a recipe, it is thanks to a mixture of different components that the rubber finds the colour we are all familiar with. Sometimes it can be red, yellow or even green, depending on customer requirements. It is then calendered and cut into strips of different widths and thicknesses according to the needs of our extrusion stage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to a meticulous process provided by our teams and precise specifications, adapted to each request, the raw material is mixed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
