Job description
- Carry out checks at the start, during and at the end of production (appearance, dimensions, etc.)
- Check receipt of raw materials and sub-contracted products
- Identify and isolate non-compliant or suspect products
- Prepare work sheets for production (setting ranges, quality monitoring ranges, SPC, etc.)
- Formulate proposals for improvement
- Validate the conformity of extrusion tools after line testing
- Organise and/or carry out internal audits
Theoretical and procedural knowledge
- Dimensional measurement
- Computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
