Quality controller (permanent contract)

We are looking for a quality controller (M/F) on a permanent contract.

Job description

  • Carry out checks at the start, during and at the end of production (appearance, dimensions, etc.)
  • Check receipt of raw materials and sub-contracted products
  • Identify and isolate non-compliant or suspect products
  • Prepare work sheets for production (setting ranges, quality monitoring ranges, SPC, etc.)
  • Formulate proposals for improvement
  • Validate the conformity of extrusion tools after line testing
  • Organise and/or carry out internal audits

Theoretical and procedural knowledge

  • Dimensional measurement
  • Computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook)
