Our manufacturing processes
Enter the heart of our workshops and discover the different stages of production.
Step 1
Mix
Our production lines enable us to produce clear and black base blends, based on the various standards (FDA, AFNOR, ASC, WRAS, BFR, etc.) and customer specifications or specific formulations developed by Francem.
Step 2
Extrusion
Equipped with 4 hot air lines + 1 salt bath line and infrared shock ovens, our company produces over 60 million meters of extruded profiles a year, from the simplest to the most elaborate, with cross-sections ranging from 0.5 mm to 250 mm.
Step 3
Finishes
Double-sided or heat-sealed adhesives are applied to extruded profiles: compact, cellular or bi-material.
The bonding sector is the final stage in the production of our products.
