Development and manufacture of formulations and specific products
Over the years, we have become a key player in the automotive industry and in industry in general, with expertise in all aspects of project development (formulation, creation of tools and production).
In order to strengthen our position in these sectors and continue our support approach, we follow our customers in their new locations and constantly innovate to provide competitive solutions to the requirements of their new markets. Today, we can produce EPDM, NBR, silicone, neoprene, mono, bi and tri-material products, moulded or cut parts, and have developed a range of TPE & PVC thermoplastics. We are also continually investing in new equipment and processes (adhesive application, automatic bonding, mirror welding, surface treatment, etc.).
Development and manufacture of extrusion tools and special processes
Francem also designs and manufactures its own manufacturing processes and extrusion tools.
In the interests of competitiveness and responsiveness, all special processes are developed in-house at Francem.

Environmental chamber / Dynamometer
Our dynamometer with extensometer option and our climatic chambers (hot, cold, humidity, cycles...) enable us to design formulations adapted to your specifications during the project phase, and to monitor the dynamic quality of parts during the production life phase.
